Sharing more photos with friends from my recent travel, they seem to be intrigued by this one of a Bedouin. One’s way of life can be so different…depending on culture and traditions, with own folk music, dance, poetry, ethic codes, etc.  Life on the move…in the desert. The headgear – kufiyya [cloth] and agal [rope] – an integral part of the Bedouin’s proper attire.

The archaeological rock site of Petra, among the new Seven Wonders of the World, I can only describe as a wonder that makes one wonder how such wonder survived through time.
