Esztergom was the capital of Hungary from the 10th till mid-13th century. The Basilica, the most monumental construction of Hungarian Classicism, is the largest church in Hungary. The sound of the bell can be heard from kilometers away, while the view from the top offers breath-taking views of the Danube.
