Cuisines across countries differ and yet sometimes they have a lot in common. I can’t help dropping a line on the Slovak dish Kapustnica [cabbage soup], made with sauerkraut, mushrooms and various spices. Traditionally eaten on Christmas, but Slovak restaurants offer it year around. Delicious. Must try in Slovakia!
