Blind Hiring

I have never heard of blind hiring until I came across this unique way of having it done. At Compose, they work hard to reduce biases as much as possible.

Symbol_thumbs_up.svgEach applicant receives a personal reply, asking if he/she might be interested in completing a work sample. If he/she agrees, Compose generates an anonymized link for the applicant. The link contains questions that are relevant to the role applied for.
