Merry x-mas with this typical Bulgarian tradition of Koledar!
Traditionally carolers carry a stick called gega. They go from home to home and wish people health, wealth and happiness.

Recipe – x-mas cookies 2013
300 grams butter (soft)
200 powder sugar
2 yolks
2 spoons milk
500 grams flour
Mix the butter and the sugar. Then add the yolks, spices (vanilla, ginger, cinnamon) and the flour. Put in the fridge for 15 minutes. Then cut the dough into the forms and bake in heated oven. For the decoration on top use the whites mixed with 150 grams powder sugar.
