The Train to Emmaus

Teodora Dimova is among the most read contemporary Bulgarian authors. Her latest novel ‘The Train to Emmaus’ (‘Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs’. (Luke 24:13) is a moving story about our journey through life told in a most engaging way.

A four-year old boy sitting across from Minà on the train, Katalina, Liya – a universe of universes. ‘…one understands the world and people around only when death comes…’ The train that stops at stations for a while and goes on and on.
