My ‘kapama’

Kapama‘ – traditional winter Bulgarian national dish – a mixture of sauerkraut, various types of meat and lots of herbs, cooked in a ceramic pot at low heat – turned out very delicious according to those who tasted it. My ‘kapama’ chef-d’oeuvre makes me believe I should have become a chef 😉
