Today I came across an article on the topic of: Simplicity: The Value of JUST ENOUGH via Dimitar Nikolov’s (personal development and happiness blog). Trying to assign the value levels in my life in accordance with the scale:
√   Not Enough
√   Just Enough
√   Too Much
made me realize the validity of the reference point.
JUST thanks. JUST at the right time. JUST ENOUGH.

  1. Thanks for linking to my blog, Rayana!

Being thankful with what you have (being satisfied enough) really means appreciating yourself and your life. Even Abraham Maslow characterized it as an important human need in his theory.
